1. Introduction

4. Registration & Account Management

4.4 Account Currency

All Accounts on 6868vv are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits made via international payment methods may be subject to conversion; applicable exchange rates and any associated fees are the responsibility of the User.

5. Deposits & Payments

6868vv accepts deposits via a range of Malaysian payment methods, including but not limited to: DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin / USDT). The following conditions apply to all deposit transactions:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer.
• All funds deposited into your Account must originate from a payment source registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• 6868vv does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 6868vv bears no responsibility.
• Deposited funds that have not been used in any wagering activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity policy as described in Section 13.
• 6868vv reserves the right to decline, reverse, or hold deposits where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

6. Withdrawals

6868vv is committed to processing withdrawal requests promptly. E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost) are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals to Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank are generally processed within one to three hours, subject to banking hours. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Accounts that have not completed identity verification may have withdrawal access restricted until documentation is submitted and approved.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Transfers to third parties are not permitted.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Each bonus offer is subject to a specified wagering requirement (also referred to as a rollover requirement) that must be met before bonus funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated for each individual offer.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. 8. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 6868vv Platform are subject to the specific game rules and sports betting rules applicable to each product. The following general provisions apply across all wagering activity:

• Bets are only accepted when sufficient funds are available in your Account balance. 6868vv does not extend credit.

• Arbitrage & Matched Betting: Placing bets designed to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome by exploiting differences in odds between platforms.
• Automated Systems: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any automated tool to interact with the Platform without express written consent from 6868vv.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to process, conceal, or legitimise proceeds of criminal activity. 6868vv is obligated to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Fraud: Providing false identity documents, using stolen payment methods, or engaging in any form of payment fraud.
• Underage Gambling: Accessing or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• System Exploitation: Attempting to exploit software bugs, pricing errors, or technical vulnerabilities for personal gain.

10. Privacy & Data

The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by 6868vv is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement and should be read in conjunction with these Terms.

By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account administration, transaction processing, KYC verification, fraud prevention, responsible gambling compliance, and where applicable, communications relating to your Account and promotional offers you have opted into.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 6868vv shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 6868vv makes commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and accuracy of information, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times.

In no event shall the total aggregate liability of 6868vv to any User in connection with these Terms exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Account Suspension & Closure

6868vv reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any associated policy.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Account inactivity — an Account with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant, and a monthly inactivity fee of RM10 may be applied to the remaining balance until the balance reaches zero or activity resumes.
• Upon request from the Account holder, including self-exclusion requests submitted under our Responsible Gambling policy.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 6868vv reserves the right to void and forfeit the Account balance, including any pending withdrawals, where permitted by law and where such forfeiture is proportionate to the severity of the breach.

14. Responsible Gambling

• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 30 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period.
